Sara Martin, Principle RMT

Sara is a graduate of the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in Winnipeg and Thai massage at the Sunshine School of Traditional Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

She is focused on therapeutic massage and rehab treatments. Through her experience in high level sports she developed a great understanding of fitness and nutrition. She has a holistic approach to wellness, believing that nutrition, exercise, stress levels and environment affect a person’s capability to be well.

She is an accomplished soccer player, cyclist, a adventure seeker and a skydiver.  She incorporates a global focus to her treatment protocol because of her travels.


Beth Martin, RMT

Beth has been an RMT since graduating from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2004. During that time, she has honed her skills working in a variety of different settings, from pain clinics, to chiropractic clinics, to spas. Over the last thirteen years, Beth has worked with and learned from clients of every background, activity level, and state of health, including, but not limited to; office workers, pregnant women, transgender people, sexual assault survivors, cancer survivors, people with amputations, body builders, professional athletes,  retirees and  people with MS and other mobility issues. All are welcome. 

She enjoys over-caffeinating, true crime podcasts, and long walks to the bookstore.


Rebecca Froese, RMT

Rebecca is a graduate of Robertson College in Winnipeg. She provides subtle and effective treatments, focusing on therapeutic modalities. As a student, Rebecca has had the opportunity to work with people of all ages and from all walks of life in settings including the Robertson College Student Clinic, Lions Manor, Siloam Mission, and the 2017 Canada Games. She views wellness as an intersectional experience, including physical, mental, and social well-being.

Rebecca enjoys commuter cycling, pick-up hockey, and campy TV.


Dawn Rolke, RMT

Dawn is pleased to join the team of excellent therapists at Anchor Massage after running her own clinic for more than fifteen years. Since graduation from The Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in Regina (1999), Dawn has deepened her practice through ongoing study. Dawn was the first therapist to bring Hot and Cold Stone Massage to Saskatchewan (2000) and she pioneered Couples’ Massage Classes in Regina (2002). At Anchor, Dawn is pleased to offer Deep-tissue, Relaxation, Myofascial and Hot Stone Massage. Dawn’s long experience in various healthcare settings shapes her compassionate, person-centered approach. 

Dawn reads, walks, studies, cycles and gardens and cares for two cute dogs in her historic Winnipeg home.


Rebecca Martin-Ilunga, M. Ed

Rebecca Martin-Ilunga is an experienced therapist with over 15 years of therapeutic practice. She works with couples, adults and adolescents using an eclectic, integrative approach that is both holistic and strengths based. Addictions, grief, relationship and attachment, depression, anxiety, trauma and family of origin issues are common themes in her practice. Rebecca has a Masters specializing in counselling psychology from the University of Manitoba.
